Overview

Between Bridges Inn is a premier hotel situated on Canada’s Highway 5 minutes from Geraldton. Huge opportunity for good tips and hours with the economic boom of the Greenstone Goldmine coming into town. We are one of a few beautiful licensed restaurants in the area.

Responsibilities

• Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes
• Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu
• Maintaining freshness of product and rotating old product out
• Working with a team of Cooks to handle varying levels of activity
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination
• Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Helping with dishes and general cleaning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• Food handling and smart serve
• Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
