Title: NetSuite Administrator

We are OneTEAM Sports Group, Canada’s largest and most trusted provider of sports equipment, branded apparel, and custom accessories. For over 30 years, we have been outfitting athletes, teams, organizations, and communities across the country. We are currently seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join our team to manage our NetSuite platform.

• Create searches, reports, customizations, and workflows in NetSuite to meet business needs
• Support data import processes, data integrations, and data accuracy
• Provide ongoing systems and technical support for NetSuite
• Work with all levels of the organization to improve system functionality
• Provide user training and support to staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation and/or NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
• Two to three years of hands-on experience with NetSuite including configuration, customization, and integrations
• Experience with the Celigo Integration Platform is a plus
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
• Knowledge of SuiteScript is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to liaise across departments
