We’re looking for an exceptional Staff Product Designer to help shape the future of our crypto experiences. Crypto is one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving spaces in technology, offering endless opportunities for innovation and creativity. As a designer in this field, you’ll tackle complex challenges—like simplifying decentralized systems, building trust in a new financial paradigm, and making crypto truly accessible to all.
This is your chance to work with finance and technology, crafting products that empower people to interact with and understand crypto in intuitive, meaningful ways. You’ll be designing solutions that break down barriers, foster financial inclusion, and redefine how people engage with our product, all while collaborating with a forward-thinking team passionate about transforming this space.
It is preferred that this role is located in one of the office locations listed on this job description which will align with our in-office working environment. This position is only eligible for remote work in limited geographies within the US where we do not have physical office locations. In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
Base Pay Range:
Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $187,000 — $220,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $165,000 — $194,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $146,000 — $172,000 USD
