A leading tech company is seeking a Back End Tech Lead, responsible for overseeing the design and development of scalable, secure back-end systems. The role involves providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and ensuring alignment with business goals while working collaboratively across teams. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in web application development and a strong proficiency in GO, along with a background in building cloud-native solutions.
Competenze
- 8+ years of experience in web application development.
- 2+ years as a technical lead of a development team.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions, preferably AWS.

- Provide technical leadership and drive performance in the engineering team.
- Own the delivery of highly available systems focusing on quality and security.
