Job summary
A leading tech solutions provider is looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to support an engagement with the Canadian government. This remote role requires strong knowledge of IAM principles and tools, including Active Directory and cloud IAM technologies. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the current IAM environment, identifying gaps, and executing necessary changes for a reliable access model. This role offers a competitive rate of $95 - $105/hr for a duration of 8 months.

We currently have a long‑term project with our Microsoft Gold Certified consulting client, working on a client engagement within the Canadian government sector as Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead.
Role: Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead - Remote

Location: Remote - New Brunswick, NB
Rate: $95 - $105/hr C2C
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to support the IAM readiness work for the provincial CIS initiative.
The role will focus on:
- Understanding the current IAM environment
- Identifying gaps that could affect CIS adoption
- Helping plan and execute the changes needed to ensure a secure and reliable access model for go‑live and beyond.
- Strong knowledge of IAM principles, tools, and technologies.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and cloud IAM.
- Understanding of security standards and frameworks.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
