What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
- Close sales, engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentations using B2B and B2C skills
- Utilize product knowledge to build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers
- Maintain attention to detail in the sale of products and services
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, while offering additional products and/or services with every sale
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Fluency in French and English
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, including meeting quotas and selling products/services
- Strong understanding of the sales process and effective communication and negotiation skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction‑free environment at home
