• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
• Close sales, engage in prospecting, negotiation, and presentations using B2B and B2C skills
• Build client relationships and find innovative ways to retain customers
• Document, track, and retrieve information in databases
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude

• Fluency in both French and English
• At least 1 year of proven sales experience, including meeting quotas and commission-based sales
• Strong understanding of the sales process, customer relationship building, and negotiation techniques
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home

• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multitasking
• Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment
