Remote Clinical Payments Coordinator
Job summary
A global research organization is seeking a Payments Coordinator to join their Finance team in Edmonton, Canada. This full-time role involves responsibilities such as performing payment reconciliations, reviewing Clinical Trial Agreements, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and staff. Ideal candidates will have a post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities
- Perform payment reconciliations at mandated intervals.
- Review and investigate Clinical Trial Agreements and CTA amendments.
- Accurately set up the proposed payees and budget schedule.
- Distribute payments and remittance information globally.
- Raise payment issues or delays appropriately.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve payment queries.
