A leading fleet management company in the United States seeks a Regional Sales Account Executive to drive business growth in Tennessee. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have at least four years of sales experience, ideally in fleet services. The Regional Sales Account Executive (RSE) will be responsible for taking full entrepreneurial ownership of their assigned territory, driving new business growth and expanding market share. The RSE works across industries and with service agreements of all sizes, focusing on acquiring new clients and deepening executive-level relationships to maximize account value. This role represents a portfolio of advanced fleet management services - including turnkey solutions, mobile on-site maintenance, and proprietary technology platforms - designed to optimize fleet operations and deliver measurable value. The RSE fosters productive working relationships, identifies business opportunities, and maintains quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
This is a regional position. Preference will go to applicants living in Nashville/Memphis/Jackson, Tennessee.

USD 57,500.00 - 86,300.00 per year
Compensation includes a base salary of $57,500.00 - $86,300.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate\'s experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $52,500.00.
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company\'s needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
