Fuse Advisors is seeking a proactive and collaborativeManagement Operating Systems (MOS) Coachto join our growing team. Reporting to theManager, Management Operating Systems, the MOS Coach will work directly with clients to implement, sustain, and continuously improve their Management Operating Systems.
This role is ideal for a hands-on operational professional with 7+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or frontline leadership. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, a passion for coaching and capability-building, and an ability to drive behavioral change on the ground.
This is position would require a 2-week on 2-week off rotation to site. Ideal candidates will be located in British Columbia, Canada.
