Block Rewards is a pioneering startup revolutionizing employee benefits by enabling employers to offer bitcoin-based compensation, attracting top talent with innovative and high-value rewards. As we scale our client-facing platform, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy, ensure robust security, and drive expansion into new markets and product offerings.
The CTO will be a strategic leader reporting to the Co-CEO and collaborating closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to align technology with business objectives. This managerial role oversees a development team of three developers, one QA engineer, and an IT Manager, focusing on scaling our bitcoin benefits platform, achieving SOC 2 compliance, entering the U.S. market, and rolling out a new suite of client-facing products. While hands-on coding is not required, the ability to provide technical context and evaluate code is essential.
