Experience & Qualifications


  • A minimum of 1 year of verifiable sales experience is required. General retail roles that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience.

  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) is considered a strong asset.

  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.

  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment.


Other Requirements


  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.

  • Must reside in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.


Role Overview

Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services. Compensation & Training

Base pay + commission: Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance.


Paid training: Get fully certified before you start.
