Position: Workers' Comp Associate Attorney

Location: Must be based in California, with remote work and occasional meetings in:

• Central California, Fresno
• Inland Empire, Ontario
• East Bay, Oakland
• Orange County, Fullerton
• Northern California, Redding
• Westlake Village, Westlake Village

Salary Range: $80,000 to $210,000 annually, plus quarterly bonuses

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote with occasional in-office meetings

Role Overview:

Manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from start to finish, including discovery and litigation, collaborating closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and undergraduate degree
• Active membership in the State Bar of California
• Strong research, analysis, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proactive case management
