The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of front office and hotel sales experience, with strong communication and decision-making skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of front office experience and hotel sales experience.
  • Preference for candidates with hotel management / hotel sales experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct the Front Office team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with check-ins/check-outs and provide quality service.
  • Respond professionally to guest concerns and assist GM with reviews.
