What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Act as the initial point of contact for client companies and receive incoming calls
  2. Record new referrals within the client intake system and verify information
  3. Coordinate assessment times with the network of clinics and book appointments
  4. Input and update referral data and treatment plan statuses in the database
  5. Assist with monthly referral tracking reports and quarterly outcome reports

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service or administrative experience
  2. Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strict attention to detail
  3. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients and patients
  4. Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Word and Excel, with an aptitude for database software
  5. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Post-secondary education is an asset
  2. Bilingual in French to enhance client interactions
