Responsibilities
  • Lead and Advise: Guide and empower leaders within our client organizations with expert HR leadership.
  • Strategize and Execute: Craft and implement innovative HR strategies and solutions that make a real impact.
  • Support Daily Operations: Deliver seamless day-to-day HR management services to our clients.
  • Consult: Analyze and resolve HR issues, providing clear and effective solutions that address both symptoms and root causes.

What You Bring
  • Experience: As an accredited HR professional with at least 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Manager level experience, you have a solid foundation of experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Leadership: A knack for creating clarity in complex situations and building trust with leadership and executive teams.
  • Relationship Building: An ability to foster positive, constructive, and productive relationships through a solution-focused approach.
  • Location: This is a remote role with occasional travel to client locations so you should be within a short driving distance to Victoria or Vancouver.
