A leading technology firm is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join their remote team. Our goal is to enhance operational efficiency, elevate the customer experience, and drive sustainable business growth for our dealers.
We are looking for a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support our growth engine. In this role, you will own our commercial tech stack (primarily HubSpot and Apollo), ensuring our Sales and Marketing teams have the data, processes, and insights they need to run efficiently.
You love digging into data, building reports, and uncovering the "why" behind deal outcomes, but you can also step back to look at the big picture and design systems that allow us to scale.
Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot. You will own the architecture, data hygiene, workflows, and integrations between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Specific duties include:
