Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in community engagement and program coordination/design.
• Experience creating and/or adapting programming and budget reports.
• Strong program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and organizational development.
• Implement priorities set by the Board.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Board.
• Develop a short-term organizational roadmap.
