• 2-4 years of full-cycle technical and non-technical recruiting experience
• Experience managing a requisition load of 10-15 roles simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify challenges proactively and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and the talent landscape for informed decision-making

• Experience using Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System
• Background in a scaling B2B SaaS environment or similar settings
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a partnership mentality
• Passion for solving business problems through a people lens
• Ability to apply equity, diversity, and inclusion learnings to the recruitment process
