We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with at least one year of call center experience to join a dynamic team coordinating non-emergent transportation and paratransit services. Pay: $16/hr

• Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities
• Verify eligibility and schedule transportation services using management systems
• Deliver top-tier customer service to a diverse population
• Accurately enter customer contact information into software systems
• Conduct outbound calls as needed
• Schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner
• Respond to and document customer complaints

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (must-have)
• Strong documentation and data entry skills
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a call center environment

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
