A leading transportation company in Eastern Ontario is seeking a General Manager to take ownership of daily operations. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving revenue growth, and overseeing P&L. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of leadership experience in the transportation industry and a strong operational background. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment, while developing tactical plans for growth and profitability.
Qualificações
- 5-8 years of experience in leadership in the transportation industry.
- Managed a company of 150-200 employees.
- Strong operations background in a high-volume environment.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations.
- Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet growth objectives.
- Recruit and retain driving associates.
