Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism in all driving activities.

Duties

Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries as required by law.
Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
Ensure proper handling of freight to prevent damage during transit.
Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and local traffic laws.
Skills

Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including commercial driving techniques.
Experience operating forklifts for loading and unloading freight.
Strong knowledge of automotive repair principles is a plus for maintaining vehicle performance.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently while following company guidelines and procedures.

Pay: $20.00-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
