A leading agricultural solutions company is searching for a full-time Agriculture Technical Advisor in Mississauga. This role will involve providing technical support to Canadian growers and conducting agri-business planning sessions. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Agriculture, a year of customer service experience, and strong communication skills. This position is currently remote, offering a dynamic environment to launch your career in agriculture.
Qualifications
- University degree or diploma in Agriculture or other science-related disciplines.
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products.
Responsabilités
- Conduct outbound agri-business planning sessions with Canadian growers.
- Manage flow of transactional information and coordinate field representatives.
- Provide inbound technical agronomic support to growers and retailers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
- Develop thorough knowledge of client’s products and services.
- Capture key discussion points from customer conversations.
