What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop digital strategies and assess current processes for clients in the MEP sector
- Collaborate with Autodesk account teams to create Customer Success Plans
- Maintain high-value client relationships by addressing their business challenges
- Lead workshops to identify solution opportunities and guide customers through transformational change
- Track and document the value of solutions delivered to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in the Buildings - MEP industry, preferably with Autodesk products
- At least 3 years of experience in business improvement initiatives involving digital solutions
- Strong skills in program management, change management, and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- In-depth knowledge of Building MEP design and engineering practices
- Experience in defining and delivering business strategies in the MEP sector
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk products such as Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Proven experience in driving enterprise‑level change initiatives
