A recruitment firm is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals for a remote position assisting clients with outstanding service and product knowledge. Responsibilities include distribution of benefit materials, handling customer service calls, and creating individualized policies. - Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility.
- Handle incoming customer service calls.
- Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
- Accept customer calls and return customer inquiries.
- Respond to client requests for coverage while representing their best interests.
- Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
- Work and learn from management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge.
