Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Tech Support Agents to provide outstanding remote technical support to our valued Canadian clients. As a vital part of our customer service and technology team, you will troubleshoot issues, guide users through technical resolutions, and ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience — all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.

  • Walk customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear, professional manner.

  • Log all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support or specialized departments as necessary.

  • Stay updated with the latest product and service updates to ensure accurate support.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.

  • Proficiency in using computers, including basic troubleshooting of Windows/macOS environments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a strong asset).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, patient approach to customer interactions.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or tech support role preferred.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is beneficial.

  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment is advantageous but not required.

Working Hours:
  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
