What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Close sales, prospect, negotiate, and deliver presentations
- Build client relationships and explore new retention strategies
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Deliver expert customer experiences focused on satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, including meeting quotas
- Strong understanding of sales processes, relationship building, and closing techniques
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
- Proficiency in multitasking and computer navigation skills
