A leading staffing agency in Mississauga is seeking an Office Clerk to manage account transfer requests. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, handle multiple priorities, and have either a 4-year degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience. This role involves reviewing up to 70 accounts daily in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma and 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Review pending account transfer requests and communicate with financial institutions.
- Handle approx. 60-70 accounts per day.

- Review pending account transfer requests and communicate with external financial institutions via phone call and email for status updates and resolve transfer issues

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Account transfers experience
- Experience working in a financial institution
