As our Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads, developing new business opportunities, and delivering SharpLight’s value story with confidence and precision.
You are a motivated, bilingual go‑getter with a "hunter" mentality—driven by relationships, results, and revenue growth. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, take initiative, and love being part of a collaborative, winning team.
Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience, ideally within medical aesthetics, skincare, or related technology industries. Proven ability to exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and consultative selling. Fluent in English and French (oral and written) - required. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities. Experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent). Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and in team settings.
Job Type : Full‑time
Schedule : Day shift (9 : 00am-5 : 30pm)
Compensation : Base salary + commission + performance bonus
