The team is seeking an experienced Network Manager to support the continued growth of its network department. It’s a fully remote position, working to Eastern Time Zone hours, offering the flexibility to make an impact from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the network team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight
• Take a hands-on role in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of enterprise network systems, including Cisco, Meraki, Checkpoint, and SD-WAN solutions
• Manage and support Azure-based networking components and integrations
• Ensure timely delivery of network projects, coordinating resources and communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Act as the highest level of escalation for complex network issues, driving resolution and root cause analysis
• Define and enforce network policies, standards, and security best practices across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of network architecture with business needs
• Stay current on emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance network performance, scalability, and reliability

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a network management or leadership role
• Strong hands-on technical expertise with Cisco, Meraki, Checkpoint firewalls, SD-WAN, and Azure networking
• Proven track record of successful network project delivery and stakeholder communication
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide mentorship in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of network design, security, and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations effectively
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Checkpoint Certified Expert) are a plus
