The Role
We are hiring a Technical Project Manager to drive complex SaaS deployments for our enterprise and strategic customers. You will own projects end-to-end - from discovery and scoping through go-live and post-launch optimization - working hand-in-hand with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Your success will set the foundation for a repeatable deployment playbook as we scale to hundreds of enterprise implementations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full project lifecycle for multiple customer deployments, maintaining clear scope, timeline, and success metrics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, and decisions; build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements, and partner with Product, Engineering and Sales to design scalable approaches.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, track dependencies, surface risks early, and drive mitigation plans.
- Establish test plans and acceptance criteria, ensure smooth cut-over, and monitor initial performance.
What You Bring
- 4+ years managing enterprise SaaS or cloud deployment projects, ideally in data or AI-driven products.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders from kickoff through successful go-live.
- Solid grasp of modern SaaS architecture and concepts such as APIs, cloud security, data pipelines, and LLM workflows.
- Clear, concise communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
- Experience with agile project tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) and standard project metrics.
- Strength in risk analysis, prioritisation, and problem solving under tight timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is an asset but not required.
