Role

The role is about:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building our team by finding and connecting with top talent. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring, while creating a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is resourceful, personable, and excited about helping a growing company thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

What impact you’ll make
  • Post job openings and source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Support the full recruitment life cycle from screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to extending offers.
  • Help maintain candidate pipelines and databases.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials and job descriptions.
  • Conduct regular recruitment training for hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Support compliance with state and federal employment regulations.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and help build relationships with potential hires.
  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the company’s employer brand, including creating engaging job postings, managing social media recruitment campaigns, coordinating candidate events,
  • Track recruitment metrics and help prepare reports for HR leadership.
  • Continue to evolve our recruitment strategies and processes.
What you’ve accomplished
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in retail or hospitality; cannabis industry experience a strong plus.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
