Job summary
A fast-growing technology organization is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of labor time tracking and payroll systems. This role involves defining the product vision and enhancing user experiences for both field and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience in data-sensitive product areas and will work cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions. Remote flexibility is offered in this high-impact role.

- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with time tracking, payroll systems, ERP workflows, costing, labor management, or construction tech.
- Strong understanding of workflow-heavy, data-sensitive product areas.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and evolution of labor time tracking and payroll readiness.
- Write clear PRDs and manage roadmap execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to represent customer needs.
