We are hiring a Bilingual Tax Professional to assist clients in preparing their tax returns using TurboTax products. This role involves providing tax advice, reviewing personal tax returns, preparing complete returns, and managing product/software inquiries. You will use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate information in understandable terms. This is a virtual, customer-facing position, utilizing advanced video communication tools to interact with clients and documenting interactions to maintain precise records.

Qualifications include at least two (2) years of paid professional tax preparation experience, proficiency in using professional tax software, and a strong desire to help clients navigate complex taxation issues. Fluency in both English and French is required, as you will serve diverse clients across Canada, providing real-time tax guidance and preparing various tax returns, including T2 and TP1 for Quebec. The position offers flexible hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Additional assets include experience with business and Quebec tax returns, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical proficiency.

Compensation ranges from $24.50 to $33.50 per hour, depending on the region, with eligibility for bonuses, stock rewards, and benefits. This job posting is active and not expired.
