Job summary
A leading crypto exchange is looking for an operational manager to oversee day-to-day product operations and ensure system stability. You will manage a team, implement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trading operations. Applicants should have substantial experience in operating similar platforms and be comfortable in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. This is a remote position open for ongoing applications.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience operating similar platforms (exchanges, trading desks).
- Technical understanding of tech stacks and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a volatile environment.
