This role requires deep technical expertise in heavy construction equipment, strong diagnostic abilities, and the confidence to serve as a trusted field resource for complex hydraulic and electrical issues.

The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on technical support experience, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with dealer technicians and internal engineering teams. This is a high-impact role with significant travel and no assigned territory boundaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support to dealers and customers for heavy construction equipment.
