In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes, identify new opportunities, and provide strategic guidance across Instacart’s Caper team. This role will have a focus on our Smart Cart and AI-powered retail systems, but will engage with all aspects of Caper's connected solutions.
By collaborating closely with our product management, engineering, and data science teams, you will enhance our understanding of complex problems and identify opportunities for innovation. Your work will directly impact the optimization of Caper's solutions, contributing to Instacart’s mission of revolutionizing the grocery shopping experience through cutting-edge technology.
As a member of the Data Science and Analytics team, you will provide essential support for strategic and product decision-making. Our team excels in using data-driven insights and developing frameworks to address complex challenges within the marketplace. We serve as a point of connection between teams, facilitating collaboration, idea sharing, and alignment, helping Instacart develop more holistic solutions.

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
