This position requires approximately 60% travel across Canada.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical support or field service experience with heavy construction equipment.
  • Strong proficiency in hydraulic and electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Valid work authorization in Canada required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support to dealers and customers for heavy construction equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hydraulic, electrical, and systems-related issues.
  • Conduct field visits to assist dealer technicians with challenging service cases.
  • Document field findings, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
