The role involves acting as a scrum master, mentoring a development team, and contributing to technical work. - 4+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience with production applications.
- Experience leading a team of developers in a Scrum/agile environment.
- Recent Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent credentials.
- Strong communication skills to translate between business and technical nomenclature.
- Skills in resolving conflicts between team members.
- Mastery of fundamentals including domain-driven design and unit testing.
- Ability to adapt code from MVP to core functionality.
