• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in both Spanish and English
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
• Strong computer navigation skills and willingness to learn new technologies

• Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
• A desktop or laptop suitable for work, with high-speed internet connection
