A leading financial institution is seeking a candidate with significant digital product experience to enhance the Advisor Desktop Experience. The successful applicant will be responsible for integrating AI solutions, leading workflow automation, and ensuring compliance within wealth management. Ideal candidates will have experience in the financial sector, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate effective team collaboration. This full-time role is located in Toronto and offers a robust Total Rewards Program.
Wealth Management Canada (WMC) is on a journey to transform the end-to-end Advisor Desktop Experience (ADX) to enable our teams to focus on what matters most: providing our clients with the AA experience. As part of the end-to-end experience, Salesforce will be the central hub for our Advisors, connecting capability across client servicing, portfolio management, planning, and partnering with other businesses (e.g. PH&N, RT, Ins, private banking, retail and commercial banking).
The platform will deliver a simplified Advisor Desktop powered by artificial intelligence, enabling seamless client service, business growth, and productivity for teams.
Accelerate AI solutions and integrations within Advisor Desktop in close collaboration with the ADT team.
Lead efforts to automate the workflow process across wealth management leveraging AI and other automation tools.
Lead risk assessments and other compliance and regulatory items to ensure that the team remains within the organizations compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Bridge the use cases across the Salesforce and ADT journeys to help better inform the decisions made.
Ensure cohesion to a broader product vision across journeys as features and enhancements are implemented.
Explore next generation technology and run POCs to ensure that the ADX team is on the cutting edge of innovative CRM technology.
Work closely with training and enablement partners to ensure that team deliverables are communicated to end-users across journeys.
Gather insights from Advisor teams, clients, and other stakeholders to continuously improve product features and performance.
Define and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of each release, leveraging data to continuously improve the experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital product.
Experience in the financial services industry.
An analytical mindset and experience analyzing digital technology to showcase business value and benefits realization.
Demonstrated experience working effectively with agile cross functional teams, including technology, design and business stakeholders.
Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery
RBC Organizational Awareness.
Hands on Experience working with Salesforce FSC.
Salesforce Certifications.
