Assistant Store Manager – Britomart Originals Concept Store

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager for our Britomart Originals Concept Store!

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who will maintain high standards for themselves and their staff.

The Assistant Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front, inspiring success in all areas of people management and store management.

Responsibilities
  • Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
  • Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
  • Being a role model and leading your team for outstanding customer service and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Guiding and training all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service.
  • Coordinating team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards.
  • Ensuring efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‑to‑floor process.
  • Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Requirements

To be successful, you will have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

  • Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
