This role involves overseeing NDT inspections, training junior technicians, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates with certifications in UT, RT, CEDO, MT, PT, CWB, and XRF are preferred. Overtime and some travel are required, with a strong emphasis on safety and precision.

Are you a skilled Level II NDT Technician based in Alberta? We’re building a pool of qualified candidates for the 2026 Turnaround Season. We are accepting resumes to ensure we’re ready to move quickly once positions become available. We are particularly looking for UT, RT, CEDO, MT, PT, CWB, and XRF certifications.
This is a great opportunity to express interest in joining a highly respected team that values safety, precision, and excellence in non-destructive testing. Preference will be given to local candidates who reside in the Fort McMurray area.
The overall duty of this position is to oversee the completion of NDT inspections in compliance with legislated industry codes, standards and procedures. The Level II Technician maintains a high level of expertise within the scope and methods of NDT and applies continuous on-the-job training and mentorship to develop the Level I and Trainee Technicians.
Due to the nature of this position there will be on-call and overtime requirements as well as some travel.
