A leading insurance technology firm is seeking a full-time Personal Lines Insurance Broker to assist clients with their home and auto insurance needs. Candidates should possess a valid RIBO and/or AMF certification along with significant customer service and sales experience. This role offers competitive compensation, with the flexibility of fully remote work or the option to work from the Montreal office. - Minimum 2 years experience as an insurance broker or agent.
- At least 5 years experience in customer service or sales.
Responsabilités
- Assist clients with home and auto insurance needs.
- Proactively follow up with clients for best policy fit.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and SMS.
- Monitor personal performance to meet targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team to achieve objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Pursue career advancement after 2 years.
