• Proven experience in insurance sales or management roles with a strong understanding of the industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs.
• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64.18 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
