A major insurance brokerage in Fort McMurray is looking for a Commercial Insurance Advisor to join their team. This role involves providing excellent customer service and managing existing insurance policies while quoting and placing new business. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial insurance, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications
- High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
- Previous Commercial Insurance experience is an asset.
- AIC Level I or 2 General Insurance License required.
- Ability to pass a criminal and credit check.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer service of Commercial Lines policies.
- Retain and develop existing clients, quoting and placing new business.
- Advise clients on insurance matters and conduct needs assessments.
- Process renewals and prepare documentation for insurers.
- Participate in community marketing initiatives.
