Qualifications

• High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
• Previous Commercial Insurance experience is an asset.
• AIC Level I or 2 General Insurance License required.
• Ability to pass a criminal and credit check.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service of Commercial Lines policies.
• Retain and develop existing clients, quoting and placing new business.
• Advise clients on insurance matters and conduct needs assessments.
• Process renewals and prepare documentation for insurers.
• Participate in community marketing initiatives.
