Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as a Full Time Seasonal Guest Experience Agent. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at our hotel.

Hourly Wage:$23.00 - $25.00

• Coordinate and liaise with various departments to ensure the hotel delivers the highest level of guest experience.

• Greet arriving and departing guests, providing genuine hospitality and recognition, and act as host/hostess.

• Utilize Golden to maximize guest recognition and satisfaction.

• Develop connections with guests, gather feedback about their stay or specific issues, and actively seek solutions to resolve problems.

• Verify arrival and departure details, arrange luggage handling, transportation, and other services requested by guests.

• Prepare and double-check guest arrivals, including welcome packages (Hotel Map, Jogging Map, key packet, Welcome card/letter, activities schedule, and correct room assignment based on guest reservations).

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, resolving customer complaints, and assisting with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, and directions.

• Respond to all guest requests accurately and promptly, both in person and by phone.

• Previous Front Office experience is required, preferably within a luxury hotel.

• Excellent customer service experience.

• Ability to multi-task and remain highly organized.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written, oral and speaking). Additional languages is an asset

• Valid work authorization for Canada
