Job Type: part‑time, permanent

Compensation: $19 - $21 per hour

What you will be doing:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Carmens Group, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for every guest. By conducting room inspections, monitoring housekeeping quality, and supporting the team in maintaining high standards, your leadership and attention to detail help deliver the extraordinary experiences we’re known for.

  • Providing a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for our guests
  • Supervising the Housekeeping team with clear direction, support, coaching, and leadership
  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met prior to guest use
  • Updating and maintaining housekeeping schedules, task lists, and room assignments based on daily business needs
  • Maintaining hotel rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests, associates, and vendors in line with C Hotel standards
  • Overseeing the organization and upkeep of housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed
  • Ensuring the confidentiality, security, and care of guest rooms, personal belongings, and hotel property
  • Contributing to exceptional guest experiences by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and service
  • Exercising sound judgment and demonstrating strong, supportive leadership
  • Championing positive change and fostering a collaborative, motivated housekeeping team
  • Performing other related duties as assigned to support smooth hotel and venue operations

What Makes You Shine in Housekeeping
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality brand in a housekeeping capacity
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience
