A leading shipbuilding company located in Dartmouth is seeking an Intermediate Procurement Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of procurement activities. This role involves strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract preparation within a dynamic maritime defense context. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement and strong analytical skills are required. The position demands full-time, in-office presence to support a high-impact environment focused on national defense projects.
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in one of Canada's most advanced naval programs? We're seeking an Intermediate Procurement Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of procurement activities for medium-to-high complexity packages, including systems, equipment, and materials. Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.
