A leading shipyard company in Victoria is looking for a Business Analyst to optimize business processes and systems. The role involves analyzing and documenting processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting IT initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience. This full-time position offers competitive salary and benefits, along with an optional hybrid work schedule after onboarding.
The Business Technology Solutions Team is looking for a new Business Analyst who will be based in Victoria supporting the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes and systems within Victoria Shipyards. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that processes, data, and system requirements are clearly defined, integrated, and aligned with enterprise objectives. The BA II works across end-to-end (E2E) business processes, contributing to business process management, requirement definition, and implementation of digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and value realization.
Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
The estimated salary for this position is $86,600 - $103,400. In determining final salary, Seaspan considers many factors including the successful Candidate’s skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.

This position may involve defense articles and/or technical data regulated by the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Arms Export Control Act.
